Highlights of ADT-8900 Series Economical Motion Control Card
A high-performance four-axis servo/stepper control card based on the PCI bus, supporting up to 10 control cards in a single system.
● 32-bit PCI Bus: Plug and play.
● Digital I/O: 40 digital inputs and 16 NPN digital outputs, all optically isolated for strong anti-interference capability, with I/O response time less than 500 μs.
● Multi-Axis Control: Controls 4-6 servo/stepper motors with each axis operating independently. Pulse output frequency error is less than 0.1%, with a maximum pulse output frequency of 2 MHz.
● Real-Time Speed Adjustment: Allows speed changes during motion.
● Pulse Output Modes: Supports both single pulse (pulse + direction) and dual pulse (pulse + pulse) modes. All four axes have position feedback input with 32-bit counting and a maximum count range from -2,147,483,648 to +2,147,483,647.
● Linear Interpolation: Supports 2-4 axis linear interpolation with a maximum interpolation speed of 1 MHz.
● Advanced Features: Includes external signal drive, position latch, and hardware buffer functions.
● Operating System Compatibility: Supports DOS, Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/WinCE/Win7/Win10/Win11
